Laundry

Well, I'm at the point where I can't wait any longer to do laundry, I've really held on strong this time. Today I wore flannel pants, yesterday I wore a shirt my dad gave me cause no one wanted it (it says something about how fun it is to be a rocket scientist). I've already worn all the clothing with holes...really, I'm against a wall now.

My problem is I need to find a place to do laundry. Everything is so confusing cause the laundromats won't tell you something like how much it costs to do a single load. They say stuff like "1.25 per load, 3 dollars for a megaload." What the heck is a megaload? They assure me a megaload is cheaper but I'd like to know what it is before I get excited.

I get even more confused when it comes to drying. All the dryers you pay for in 7 minute intervals, but I have no way of knowing how long my stuff will need to dry because I don't know how hot the dryer is, if I packed too much in, etc. And once again I have the option of doing a "megaload" in the dryer. I really wish I knew what that was. This megaload thing is just hanging over me....offering savings and mystery.

Well, I'm off to go brave the laundromat. I miss having coin laundry in the apartment complex...no, I miss having a laundry machine in my apartment.

***Update: I just did 6 loads of laundry--I need to stop waiting so long.
