Hey Everyone,
Today is a very special day. For one thing today is my mom's birthday. Happy Birthday Mom! But even more importantly (and Mom, this isn't because of your importance, it's just because this has only happened once and you've had a lot of birthdays), today is also the day that all the Beatles' music is re-released remastered and better than ever.
Now, from what I can see it's gonna cost a fortune to get the whole set (over 400 bucks in some places), but single albums are also available.
I don't know if I need to remind anyone that the Beatles are the greatest band to ever grace this planet. It's really unfortunate that George and John aren't alive for this (and that Ringo is). I really hope that Yoko doesn't get a portion of these album sales...if she does then I might find it a moral imperative to illegally download the music rather than put money in her evil coffers.
So anyway, Happy Birthday Mom! Happy 9/9/9 everyone, and Happy Beatles Day!
Oh, and for any naysayers out there questioning the Beatles' greatness, just put them to the test. Post in a comment some problem you're facing and I'll direct you to a Beatles' song that has your answer (although sometimes you gotta stretch a bit). These guys wrote a song about just about everything.

haha, hey Mike. I'm in class right now so I can't think of a song about the LDS church. Maybe if you took Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, said it was about LSD,and then you became dyslexic...you might have LDS.
As for my situation? I don't even know what you mean by that. I'll just answer that the song I've been thinking about, and that has lyrics that have meant a lot to me lately is "If I Fell" from the album A Hard Day's Night.
I guess I'm still #1. I just checked iTunes and there aren't any "real" Beatles songs listed yet. Lots of cover bands, no Beatles.

Maybe not on itunes yet but my friend said that he was getting a box set of all the music in the mail today. Maybe itunes will get it later. Too bad it's so much money.
